The Customer Journey Improvement Specialist will lead improvement initiatives, enhance patient journeys, and implement changes across the healthtech business using Lean techniques.

Lead cross-functional implementation and change initiatives end-to-end across clinical, pharmacy, tech, logistics, legal, and commercial teams. Diagnose problems, create pragmatic delivery plans, track progress, manage risks, unblock issues, and embed sustainable process improvements using Agile and Lean Six Sigma principles. Build stakeholder alignment, communicate change effectively, and help scale delivery capability.
