Conduct final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions, verifying patient, medicine, strength, formulation, quantity, directions, labeling, packaging, expiry dates, and legal compliance. Escalate discrepancies, near misses, and safety concerns; maintain auditable records; handle controlled and high-risk medicines; support quality assurance and process improvements; collaborate with pharmacy staff; and mentor colleagues while working independently within defined competence.

Own FP&A across Montu’s European businesses, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, board reporting, variance analysis, and investment decision support. Partner with senior leaders to translate financial performance into strategic insight, improve reporting infrastructure, and establish scalable governance. Build and lead the FP&A team as the company grows, while representing Finance in board and investor-facing discussions.

Assess and manage patients seeking medical cannabis treatment, conduct consultations, prescribe appropriately, monitor ongoing care, contribute to clinical outcomes and governance, and collaborate with nurses and pharmacists. Participate in specialist cannabis-based medicine training, data collection, reporting, and continuous professional development. The role is fully remote, offers flexible sessions, and requires an initial commitment of two sessions weekly.
