Identifies and escalates discrepancies, supports controlled-drug and higher-risk medication checks, maintains accurate records, follows pharmacy legislation and SOPs, and collaborates with dispensers, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. The role also contributes to quality improvements and supports colleagues in a high-volume digital pharmacy environment.

Source and evaluate Canadian cultivators and flower products for Budbase’s global markets. Coordinate supplier engagement, product samples, quality documentation, purchase orders, delivery milestones, and risk tracking. Maintain accurate records of supplier activity, opportunities, commitments, and next steps while collaborating with international market teams and EU GMP processing partners. The role is remote within the Greater Toronto Area and requires approximately 20% travel.

Coordinate clinician rotas, capacity, schedules, leave, and staffing changes to maintain efficient clinical services. Monitor utilisation, appointment demand, and operational performance; resolve scheduling issues; support clinician onboarding; produce reports; identify capacity risks; and collaborate with clinical, patient support, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless patient access and care delivery.
