Plan and lead human factors research and analyses (requirements discovery, task/workflow analyses, usability studies, compliance audits, workload experiments), analyze data, make design recommendations, document results (HEDADs, CTAs), oversee junior staff, ensure standards compliance, and contribute to proposals.

Lead human factors technical efforts for complex, mission-critical systems: develop HF programs, ensure standards compliance, run requirements discovery, task/workflow analyses, user events and usability studies, produce HEDADs/CTA and other documentation, mentor staff, lead proposals, interface with prime contractors and government customers, and provide HF design and evaluation across the system lifecycle.

Lead MBSE- and HSI-focused systems engineering: define and trace requirements, develop system architecture and interfaces, conduct trade studies, create models and simulations, integrate human-systems considerations, produce engineering documentation, lead technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
