Plan and lead human factors research and analyses (requirements discovery, task/workflow analyses, usability studies, compliance audits, workload experiments), analyze data, make design recommendations, document results (HEDADs, CTAs), oversee junior staff, ensure standards compliance, and contribute to proposals.

Lead UX design and research for complex systems: conduct user research and usability testing; create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides; mentor junior staff; communicate findings to stakeholders; support proposals and cross-functional teams.

Lead human factors technical efforts for complex, mission-critical systems: develop HF programs, ensure standards compliance, run requirements discovery, task/workflow analyses, user events and usability studies, produce HEDADs/CTA and other documentation, mentor staff, lead proposals, interface with prime contractors and government customers, and provide HF design and evaluation across the system lifecycle.
