Freelance project manager to lead web or mobile software initiatives end-to-end. Responsibilities include running Agile teams, managing scope and fixed-price budgets, liaising with clients and stakeholders, assessing technical constraints, and ensuring timely delivery from kickoff to launch.

Design, build, and optimize high-performance Golang backend services. Implement REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and gRPC APIs. Architect scalable distributed systems, write thoroughly tested code, lead code reviews, define engineering best practices, mentor developers, and collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to shape technical requirements and architecture.

Monterail is seeking developers (Frontend, Backend, Mobile) and QAs for various projects across Fintech, MedTech, HRtech, and E-commerce industries. Candidates must be B2B, available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, and possess English skills at a minimum B2 level.
