Conducts healthcare compliance audits of medical documentation, coding, and billing; coordinates responses to government agencies; identifies compliance risks; develops audit reports, corrective action plans, policies, and training programs; and educates physicians, clinical staff, and billing personnel on regulatory requirements. The role also supports voluntary disclosures, repayment assessments, encounter-form reviews, and ongoing monitoring of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

Manages day-to-day operations of an anesthesiology clinical research lab and supervises 6–7 research staff. Coordinates federally funded, investigator-initiated, industry-sponsored, and multicenter studies; oversees study design, patient screening, consent, enrollment, data collection, sample processing, protocol adherence, and regulatory compliance. Liaises with internal and external collaborators, IRB, NIH, and FDA, prepares submissions and reports, trains staff, monitors adverse events, and supports research analysis and budgeting.

The Clinical Manager supervises social work staff and oversees daily clinical and administrative operations for an outpatient mental health treatment and rehabilitation clinic. Responsibilities include intake coordination, clinical supervision, hiring and discipline, census and referral-network management, insurance reimbursement oversight, CQI and performance-improvement initiatives, clinical project development, and participation in leadership activities.
