Oversee endoscopy service line operations across multiple sites, supervise operations manager and front-end teams, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, and lead the Colorectal Cancer Prevention Program. Develop and manage project plans, track milestones, mitigate risks, implement systems/software, and drive process improvements. Provide reporting and analysis, stakeholder communication, and change management support.

Perform routine and emergency microbiology testing on blood and body fluids using automated and manual instrumentation. Review and release results, report abnormal values, maintain quality control data, resolve QC failures, prepare reagents, manage inventories, and maintain equipment records. Enter orders in the laboratory information system, support laboratory operations, train new employees, and provide technical leadership as needed while following infection control and regulatory procedures.

Provides psychological evaluation, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents affected by abuse, violence, and trauma. Maintains clinical documentation, develops treatment plans, conducts psychosocial assessments, advocates for patients, fulfills mandated reporting responsibilities, and collaborates with families and care teams. Participates in quality improvement, training, research-related assessments, continuing education, and staff development.
