Maintains and enhances Palantir Foundry reporting solutions, dashboards, data integrations, and visualizations for Department of Defense financial management and audit operations. Troubleshoots reporting, data quality, and refresh issues; supports new data sources; validates enhancements; gathers stakeholder requirements; documents data lineage; and provides production and end-user support. Collaborates with government stakeholders, data engineers, Palantir developers, and functional users in an Agile environment.

Leads development of a Palantir Foundry ontology-driven platform for Navy audit artifact management and traceability. Designs semantic data models, ontology relationships, data pipelines, operational applications, analytics views, and reporting structures. Translates financial audit requirements into scalable technical models, supports audit readiness and financial control validation, and implements governance, metadata lineage, RBAC, segregation of duties, and DoD security compliance. Collaborates with Navy financial, audit, engineering, and technical stakeholders.

Leads Federal financial statement audit support for a U.S. Navy/DoW organization. Manages audit work plans, population preparation, key supporting documentation, reconciliations, audit testing, data analytics, PBC requests, and remediation responses. Interfaces with independent auditors, develops supporting papers and methodologies, traces Procure to Pay and Order to Cash transactions, researches variances, and oversees audit findings documentation. Requires extensive Federal financial management, accounting, or audit remediation experience and active Secret clearance.
