Lead statewide education and events strategy for the Montana Hospital Association. Design and deliver in-person, virtual, hybrid, and on-demand learning; plan and execute conferences and leadership meetings; grow sponsorship and revenue; build relationships with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners; manage budgets and staff; use member feedback and data to improve programs and engagement.

Lead and manage Montana RHTP Implementation Team operations, coordinating staff, partners, and subcontractors. Oversee timelines, deliverables, communication, compliance with funding requirements, performance measurement, data collection, and program evaluation. Supervise staff and support large-scale rural healthcare transformation initiatives, grants administration, and stakeholder engagement across Montana.
