Sell group room and F&B business across the Midwest to meet revenue goals. Prospect and manage key accounts using DELPHI/Opera, attend trade shows, develop proposals/contracts, upsell packages, coordinate bookings with operations, and maintain customer relationships and database records.

Provides administrative and clerical support to hotel department managers, including scheduling, communications, document maintenance, vendor coordination, supply ordering, invoice and data entry, recruiting assistance, guest support, and office equipment upkeep. Requires strong communication, customer service, organization, and Microsoft Office skills in an upscale hotel environment.

Manages luxury hospitality sales for the Northeast market by prospecting and growing group accounts, conducting sales calls and site visits, attending trade shows, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating bookings, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets. Maintains customer and account data, builds stakeholder relationships, supports sales strategy and budgeting, and collaborates with hotel teams to deliver strong client service.
