Support the Sales Office and Group Sales Managers by providing daily client service, acting as an inside-sales liaison, maintaining account relationships, assisting with group leads, and supporting travel and tradeshow preparation. Use hotel systems (Delphi), Word and Excel for notes, account entries, budgets, and reporting.

Lead facility operations and maintenance for a hotel/resort, overseeing budgets, capital projects, preventative maintenance, contractors, compliance, emergency planning, sustainability, and technology (CMMS/BAS). Manage quality control, stakeholder communications, project delivery, and financial reporting to maintain safe, attractive, and compliant property operations.

Assist the rooms team with full-cycle guest luggage handling, room orientations, amenity deliveries, and guest information. Perform physical tasks (lifting, pushing carts), occasional short-distance driving, and deliver exceptional customer service.
