Supervise lobby lounge food and beverage operations by training staff, monitoring inventory, assisting with scheduling and labor controls, maintaining service standards, ensuring timely professional service, completing department setup, and resolving guest requests. The role focuses on leading teams and creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting administrative duties and maintaining physical readiness for extended standing and lifting.

Support monthly and quarterly close by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue validation, and variance analyses. Manage corporate fixed assets, lease accounting (ASC 842), retail accounting, and gift card liabilities. Prepare budgets, support reporting, collaborate with property, People, and IT teams, and assist on ad hoc projects to improve processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Supports the People Department through HR administration, reception, scheduling, onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify processing, personnel file maintenance, recruitment coordination, offer and screening tracking, payroll and benefits support, data entry, office supply management, and associate programs and events.
