Pre-register guests and assign rooms to maximize revenue and ensure smooth arrivals. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Guest Reception, Concierge, and group services; handle calls, room moves, third-party billing, and support check-ins as needed.

Support recreation leadership by handling bicycle and golf cart bookings, billing, inventory and reporting. Communicate with guests and internal departments, process payments, train new hires on booking systems, and maintain welcoming guest experiences.

Assist stewarding supervisor and Executive Steward by supervising stewarding operations, ensuring warewashing equipment functionality, maintaining back-of-house cleanliness, supporting banquet food delivery and event breakdown, running the kitchen recycling program, and assisting the Executive Chef with special projects.
