Support patient-centered, team-based care by managing prescription workflows: perform prior authorizations, update EMR medication lists, queue prescriptions for provider approval, communicate with pharmacies, handle refill requests within protocols, and contact patients as needed.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining personnel records, processing applications, answering routine employee questions, assisting with onboarding and benefits, auditing files, liaising with vendors, and supporting events and clerical HR tasks.

Provide on-site urgent care and workers' compensation medical services: evaluate and treat non-emergency and work-related injuries, complete WC documentation, perform employment-related physicals, document in EHR, collaborate with staff and external case managers, and follow regulatory and clinic protocols.
