Leads Cypress’s accounting department and personally performs complex month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audit support, and internal control work for Cypress and multiple healthcare client entities. Presents financial results to executives, oversees payroll accounting and accounting systems, drives automation, and develops accounting staff, SOPs, and backup coverage. The role is fully onsite in Monterey with occasional local travel to client offices.
