Process and track incoming/outgoing referrals, assemble clinical background, verify insurance and prior authorizations, contact external offices and patients, maintain/updating EHR records, scan documentation, and cover front office duties as needed.

Researches and resolves physician service claim denials, handles appeals, documents actions in the practice management system, manages insurance/patient credits and secondary claims, identifies denial trends, answers account inquiries, and works with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Provide primary and urgent care to patients, including physical exams, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and health education. Collaborate with healthcare team and ensure documentation compliance.
