The Chief of Staff will drive company-wide execution, operating cadence, cross-functional accountability, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the founder and executive team, this hands-on operator will translate priorities into structured plans, track milestones, resolve blockers, improve processes, and ensure reliable delivery across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Recruiting, Finance, People, and Client Delivery. The role also supports commercial execution, organizational scaling, investor activities, and AI-enabled operational efficiencies.

Own Monstro’s brand and marketing design across sales enablement, website and digital experiences, campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate communications. Create presentations, collateral, landing pages, social and email assets, and visual systems that simplify complex AI and financial technology concepts. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, leadership, and other stakeholders while building scalable design processes. Use AI-assisted tools alongside strong visual storytelling, creative judgment, and attention to detail.

Creates executive-level access to target banks for Monstro’s senior commercial team. Researches bank leadership and priorities, develops account-specific outreach plans, reaches economic buyers, secures qualified meetings with multiple stakeholders, prepares hand-off briefs, supports transitions, and shares market insights. Success is measured by accepted executive hand-offs, multi-contact account penetration, and opportunities generated rather than outreach volume.

Architect and ship production AI agent systems and modeling infrastructure for regulated finance. Build Python/FastAPI tooling, distributed event-driven backends, validation/evaluation pipelines, and compliance/auditability features. Influence system architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure reliable, explainable AI outputs in production.

Build Python/FastAPI tooling, distributed event-driven backends, evaluation and monitoring pipelines, and occasional React/TypeScript UIs. Drive schema, API, and system architecture decisions and establish validation and quality-assurance patterns for AI outputs.
