Lead generalist people operations across recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, culture, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, global mobility, and workforce planning. Partner with leaders and managers across international office and retail teams, improve scalable people processes, maintain compliant policies, manage engagement initiatives, and report on people metrics.

Support, maintain, and improve business systems, integrations, applications, and data flows across the organization. Troubleshoot user and system issues, enhance processes, reduce manual work through automation, support technology projects, assist with reporting and business intelligence, coordinate external technology partners, and promote practical AI adoption. The role also provides user training, documentation, and cross-functional support while ensuring reliable and accurate business information.

Lead conceptual graphic design for global seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives across digital, social, retail, print, and e-commerce. Develop visual concepts, storyboards, mood boards, layouts, and campaign assets; maintain brand systems and guidelines; manage pre-press and production quality; present creative rationale; and mentor junior designers. The role requires strong knowledge of action sports, mountain culture, streetwear, typography, and contemporary youth trends.
