Perform daily QC reviews of clinical research participant visit documentation in CRIO, ensure protocol and sponsor compliance, identify and track documentation deficiencies, safety events, and endpoint issues, and communicate findings to site staff until resolution.

Coordinate and manage clinical trial visits, maintain accurate source documentation, perform clinical procedures (phlebotomy, ECGs, PFTs, vitals), handle specimen processing and shipping, enter/manage sponsor study data, ensure GCP/FDA compliance, and provide patient education and support.
