The Global Key Account Director will develop relationships with major enterprise customers, drive revenue, manage negotiations, and influence branding initiatives. Responsibilities include executing account plans, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for French market: prospecting, pipeline building, closing multi-stakeholder deals. Develop territory and account strategies, engage cross-functional decision-makers, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success to ensure client success and forecast accurately.

Lead platform administration, compliance monitoring, and brand typography audits to ensure licensing adherence and consistent typographic application. Provide onboarding, training, technical support, policy implementation, and reporting while collaborating with account leadership to optimize platform usage and drive client satisfaction and retention.
