Leads the engineering team responsible for Monoova’s core payments platforms, combining people leadership, technical direction, roadmap ownership, delivery management, hiring, coaching, and stakeholder communication. The role oversees secure, resilient, scalable payment solutions across account-to-account, card, scheme, and digital asset capabilities. It also guides engineering practices, architecture, cloud platforms, compliance, cost management, and adoption of AI-assisted software development.

Leads Monoova’s onshore and offshore CDD team, overseeing KYC, enhanced due diligence, client risk assessments, sanctions and adverse media screening, and approval decisions. Owns transformation of CDD processes, controls, documentation, reporting, automation, and regulatory alignment under Australian AML/CTF requirements. Provides risk guidance to growth and relationship teams and supports broader financial crime and AFSL compliance programs.
