Design and verify magnetic components (inductors, planar transformers) for high-power-density power modules using electromagnetic simulation, perform testing and defect analysis, define requirements, collaborate with suppliers, and establish design rules.

Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks for the Shenzhen office: onboarding, recruitment, attendance, employee lifecycle activities, policy compliance, front-desk and facilities support, travel booking, vendor coordination, office supplies, and ad-hoc HR projects to ensure smooth office operations and positive employee experience.
