Monolithic Power Systems Benefits Overview

Support customers as a field technical liaison for application and design of MPS power products. Troubleshoot system applications, evaluate customer requirements, assist with proposals, and represent MPS at seminars, conferences, and meetings. Collaborate across teams and use schematics, PCB layout tools, and lab equipment to analyze analog circuits.

Enhances and debugs power IC products, performs system-level IC verification, develops reference circuits, and creates datasheets, evaluation boards, application notes, GUIs, and benchmark reports. The engineer collaborates on product development, supports customer schematic and layout reviews, and provides application support to key customers and field application engineers. The role requires power electronics expertise, hands-on circuit design and modeling experience, laboratory testing skills, and familiarity with circuit simulation tools.

Design and support power modules and integrated circuits for AI, data center, networking, server, and cloud applications. Develop reference circuits and system-level power-management solutions, validate and debug power-conversion designs, support customers and field engineers, provide technical training, and collaborate with design, marketing, product, and manufacturing teams through product delivery.
