Leads multi-site continuous improvement and process sustainment initiatives. Audits operational and business processes, analyzes MRP and audit data, develops functional metrics, and identifies improvement priorities. The manager documents and maintains process standards, trains department leaders, supports process owners, coordinates improvement events, and guides a Process Improvement Specialist. The role also collaborates with senior leadership on future-state processes and travels quarterly to U.S. off-site locations.

Supervise and develop shift assemblers, leads, and forklift operators to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and compliance on 12-hour shifts. Coordinate hiring/training, monitor performance, report throughput, solve process issues, and apply continuous improvement methods to optimize operations.
