Leads technical pre-sales for infrastructure and government customers by conducting discovery, designing Autodesk-aligned solutions, delivering demonstrations, developing scopes and proposals, supporting implementation, and guiding delivery teams. Partners with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams on complex deals, customer strategy, competitive analysis, training, best practices, and thought leadership.

Serves as a technology advisor to AECO customers by delivering Autodesk and ARKANCE training, consulting, implementation support, technical demonstrations, and ongoing customer assistance. Guides customers through workflow optimization and complex technical challenges, partners with Sales on revenue-generating demonstrations and events, answers technical questions, maintains expertise through continuous learning, and completes required timesheets. The role requires strong Autodesk proficiency, AECO workflow knowledge, presentation skills, and regional and national travel.

Create and coordinate BIM models across architectural, mechanical, plumbing, process piping, HVAC, and electrical disciplines. Lead BIM coordination meetings, apply construction principles, support trade coordination in interstitial spaces, create Revit families, collaborate across disciplines, provide subject matter leadership, and assist with project estimation and scoping while maintaining billable-hour and timekeeping targets.
