The HR Manager administers Workday HRIS data, reporting, dashboards, and process automation; leads talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding; manages performance review processes; and advises employees and managers on employee relations, workplace issues, investigations, conflicts, and policy violations. The role also supports HR compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Create and coordinate architectural, mechanical, plumbing, process, and electrical BIM models. Lead BIM coordination meetings, support trade space planning, collaborate across disciplines, create Revit families, and provide subject matter leadership. Assist with project estimation and scoping, maintain accurate time records, and deliver high-quality BIM services while managing multiple projects and meeting billable-hour targets.

Performs general labouring, warehouse, yard, and workshop housekeeping duties at an equipment preparation centre. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and safe spaces, inspecting incoming trucks and goods, completing goods receiving documentation, identifying damage, and safely loading, unloading, and storing materials to optimize site space. The role requires safe independent working, attention to detail, motivation, flexibility, and willingness to take ownership of duties.
