Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and Power BI dashboards. Integrate NetSuite (via NSAW) into centralized reporting, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, automate data refreshes, improve data availability and reliability across EMEA, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Provide technical support and training for depot and dealer engineers across brands, manage CAT/HC warranty systems, conduct H&S and quality audits, produce technical/H&S bulletins and reports, liaise with OEMs and suppliers, and support training and business development activities.

Provide administrative and coordination support for a busy forklift depot: create and process WIP job cards and H&S paperwork, enter timesheets, control costs, invoice completed WIPs, schedule engineers, raise purchase orders, ensure LOLER inspections are current, liaise with Sales and Service, maintain KPI/KPA records, and support Equipment Preparation Manager with HR and administration tasks.
