Own the company’s financial systems platform, including technical direction, architecture, delivery, quality, and engineering team leadership. Build integrations with ERPs, accounting platforms, banks, payment providers, files, and APIs. Lead high-volume backend projects using TypeScript, Temporal, and Postgres; establish monitoring and control planes; mentor engineers; and work directly with enterprise customers, GTM, and founders. The role also involves building AI agents and tooling to accelerate software development.

Embed with complex customers to map financial workflows, build production integrations and AI agentic systems, and lead technical discovery through launch. Develop reliable workflows across ERP, payment, CRM, and accounts receivable systems, improving agent observability and human-in-the-loop controls. Partner with finance, operations, IT, and engineering leaders while turning customer-specific learnings into reusable product capabilities and deployment tooling.

Own B2B software customer accounts from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Manage customer health, KPIs, executive relationships, escalations, and revenue retention. Analyze usage, collections, and agent data; run account cadences and executive reviews; partner with Engineering and Operations on deployments and product improvements. Develop customer playbooks, translate feedback into prioritized requests, and serve as the primary accountable contact for CFOs, controllers, and AR leaders.
