Own B2B software customer accounts from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Manage customer health, KPIs, executive relationships, escalations, and revenue retention. Analyze usage, collections, and agent data; run account cadences and executive reviews; partner with Engineering and Operations on deployments and product improvements. Develop customer playbooks, translate feedback into prioritized requests, and serve as the primary accountable contact for CFOs, controllers, and AR leaders.

Support and scale growth initiatives through campaign execution, funnel analysis, growth experiments, CRM optimization, dashboards, and lightweight automations. Research prospects, segments, channels, and competitors; translate performance data into recommendations; collaborate across marketing, sales, product, engineering, and operations; and create repeatable playbooks and processes in a fast-moving environment.

Own revenue outcomes by building pipeline-generation systems, including account scoring, enrichment workflows, outbound experiments, automated research, prospecting, GTM system improvements, and conversion analysis. The role requires structured problem-solving, high ownership, urgency, resilience, and willingness to contribute to the GTM repository while rapidly testing and shipping experiments.
