People-management role leading a software engineering team of approximately seven engineers. Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, hiring, onboarding, career development, staffing, technical design review, engineering quality, code review, testing, after-care, and adoption of coding agents. The manager partners with the CTO, Delivery Manager, Lead Architect, and Principal Engineers while remaining accountable for team growth, engineering standards, and consistent delivery quality.

Lead the coherent evolution of Monizze’s multi-product software architecture. Own cross-cutting architecture decisions, ADRs, technology standards, technical experiments, and enforcement through CI and reviews. Drive adoption of agentic coding with appropriate guardrails, facilitate alignment across engineering teams, and participate in discovery, migrations, incidents, and critical implementation work. This hands-on individual contributor partners with the CTO, engineering managers, delivery leadership, and principal engineers without owning people management or product delivery.

Lead and develop four marketing specialists while orchestrating connected, accountable delivery across growth, automation, web, content, SEO, events, partnerships, and affiliation. Establish planning and prioritization cadences, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, optimize the marketing technology stack, embed AI workflows, and connect performance data to qualified leads, adoption, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with the CMO to translate strategy into an operational roadmap without owning overall brand or marketing strategy.
