Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, build and maintain talent pipelines, measure and improve TA performance using data and AI, coach hiring managers, strengthen TA processes and employer brand, and ensure culture fit in hires.

Own and execute Hong Kong organic search strategy (SEO, GEO, AEO) across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, link building and AI discovery. Conduct audits, partner with Content, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and report performance to grow organic traffic and AI visibility while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Work with the design team to rebuild and restyle the Figma component library, audit components for inconsistencies and hardcoded values, document usage and variants, and participate in weekly design reviews incorporating feedback.
