Own organic search and generative engine visibility for MoneySmart Hong Kong. Responsibilities include technical and on-page SEO, GEO/AEO, content strategy, keyword and competitor research, performance reporting, and improving AI citation visibility. The role partners with Content, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver technically sound, regulatory-compliant financial content and measurable organic acquisition growth.

Drive cost-efficient customer acquisition for MoneySmart Singapore across paid search, social, display, affiliate, email, and other performance channels. Manage campaigns end to end, optimize performance, run tests, produce weekly reports and forecasts, coordinate stakeholders, and translate acquisition metrics into business recommendations. The role also supports sponsored content, media sales campaigns, email marketing, analytics, dashboard development, and adoption of AI tools.

The Country Manager will lead a high-performance team, manage growth targets, collaborate on strategic plans, and oversee local operations and marketing initiatives for MoneySmart in the market.
