Leads frontend and backend engineering teams while contributing heavily to production code in TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Owns architecture, code quality, AI-assisted development standards, production issue resolution, CI/CD, DevOps, planning, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery. Designs scalable distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, GraphQL, databases, containers, Kubernetes, and AWS. Drives reliability, security, observability, process improvements, and effective adoption of AI coding tools.

Provides end-user technical support, troubleshooting, onboarding and offboarding, IT asset lifecycle management, incident and SLA management, documentation, vendor coordination, and security compliance support across a multi-market organization.

Own the architecture, roadmap, security, and operation of the company’s cloud platform. Design and manage AWS infrastructure, Terraform automation, Kubernetes EKS clusters, ArgoCD GitOps deployments, CI/CD pipelines, networking, observability, and AI infrastructure. Lead incident response, cost optimization, compliance, and platform troubleshooting while mentoring engineers and driving technical direction across teams.
