Build and operate end-to-end mobile and web payment features using React Native, React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot. Own vertical product slices, integrate payout and KYC partners, support market launches, and improve tooling, testing, monitoring, reconciliation, wallet recovery, and ledger systems. Work across greenfield and legacy systems while participating in deployment, on-call support, root cause analysis, and product-driven optimization.

Manage and grow MoneyGram’s global affiliate program across web and mobile app channels. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, configuring campaigns and tracking in Impact, monitoring performance, analyzing reports, managing creative, resolving operational issues, and identifying growth opportunities. The role partners with internal Creative, Analytics, Product, and legal teams while supporting direct and network affiliates across the US, Europe, and global markets.

Oversees AML/CFT compliance and anti-fraud programs for MoneyGram agents across Australia and New Zealand. The role evaluates agent controls, supports due diligence, develops corrective actions, delivers training, advises business partners, and ensures policies align with regulatory requirements. Acts as Deputy Compliance Officer, engaging with regulators and law enforcement while identifying emerging risks and guiding policy implementation.
