Supports budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and management insights. Partners with commercial, Finance, and Risk teams on strategic initiatives, capital planning, regulatory capital reporting, process improvements, automation, and system implementation. Presents complex financial analyses to senior management and helps drive profitable growth.

Supports institutional financial-distribution partners in growing assets under management and net inflows for co-branded investment solutions. Acts as a key partner contact, develops strong relationships, identifies partner needs, proposes scalable solutions, and assists with acquiring new partners. The role requires a finance or economics master’s degree, investment consulting or institutional sales experience, strong financial-market interest, persuasive communication, Italian fluency at C2 level, and residence in Milan.

Own month-end reporting and FP&A models, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze business performance, and provide actionable financial insights to management and commercial teams. Develop financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis, improve finance processes through automation and new systems, and support capital planning and regulatory capital reporting. The role partners extensively across Finance, Risk, and business functions in a fast-growing financial services company.
