Own month-end reporting and FP&A models, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze business performance, and provide actionable financial insights to management and commercial teams. Support day-to-day finance operations across Italian and UK entities: own AP communications, record invoices in NetSuite with correct tax/GL coding, manage PO lifecycle and supplier payments, assist bank reconciliations, credit card management, month-end close tasks, maintain fixed asset register, and support annual audit documentation.

Hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist to design, execute and optimise multi-channel email, push and in-app campaigns and automations for the Pension vertical across the UK and Italy. Own end-to-end automations, advanced segmentation using SQL, A/B testing and performance analysis, and coordinate Product, Data, Content and Pension stakeholders. Ensure GDPR compliance, act as CRM technical lead, contribute to roadmap and improve activation, retention, upsell and lifetime value.
