Build and maintain a centralized banking data platform, developing batch and streaming pipelines, data transformations, quality validation, reconciliation, governance, and downstream data services. Use AWS, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, dbt, SQL, and Python to support regulatory reporting, risk management, analytics, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoot pipeline issues, ensure traceability and access controls, and collaborate with senior engineers and banking partners in an agile environment.

Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native systems using Go, concurrency, distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Lead releases, CI/CD, testing, troubleshooting, observability, and production improvements. Use and govern AI-assisted development tools, review AI-generated outputs, mentor engineers, improve team workflows, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and operational stakeholders.

Own end-to-end technology recruitment for AI, full-stack, QA, and engineering leadership roles across India and Japan. Responsibilities include sourcing, talent mapping, stakeholder partnership, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding handoff, employer branding, AI-enabled recruiting, ATS administration, reporting, and process improvement. The role also supports building new engineering teams and hiring niche technical talent in competitive Chennai and Pune markets.
