Manage daily operations of the Toronto office, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, health & safety compliance, travel booking, sales reporting, finance and HR support, onboarding/offboarding, and organizing local events. Act as primary internal and external contact while maintaining confidentiality and supporting audits and cross-team tasks.

Perform enhanced AML/KYC and due diligence for high-risk client onboarding, investigate PEP/sanctions/adverse media, analyse ownership and source of funds, produce risk reports and recommendations, escalate issues, support monitoring and ongoing due diligence, contribute to policy, training and compliance systems, and liaise with Customer Success and front office.

Support preparation and analysis of group budgets and forecasts, prepare monthly management accounts and reports, analyse competitors and industry trends, perform tax calculations (corporate tax, VAT), ensure regulatory and compliance awareness for an FX environment, maintain documentation and controls, and analyse and collate complex financial data.
