Manages customer billing, invoicing, revenue assurance, credit assessments, debt collection, account reconciliation, and payment disputes. Produces billing and collections reports, maintains billing systems, evaluates credit exposure, supports cash-flow improvement, and ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Builds customer relationships to resolve account issues and coordinates with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Facilitates FX transaction settlements and cash flows with clients, brokers, and banks. Performs account reconciliations, payment entry, verification, approval, release, and error resolution. Handles safeguarding and CASP requirements, prepares monthly financial reconciliation reports, and submits regulatory reports to the Bank of Spain and CNMV. Requires international payments experience, strong judgment, communication, documentation, risk mitigation, and Spanish and English fluency.

Supports regulatory reporting and counterparty risk management for a foreign exchange business. Responsibilities include assessing counterparty creditworthiness, monitoring exposures and limits, calculating mark-to-market values, managing margin requests and calls, preparing credit and risk reports, reviewing collateral arrangements, and providing risk information to management and front-office teams.
