Identify and target corporate clients for FX products via high-volume outbound outreach. Build relationships, present FX solutions, manage pipelines and sales KPIs, collaborate with Dealing, Compliance and Risk, maintain CRM (FXDB), and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Manage and grow B2B FX client accounts across Singapore and APAC: prospect and close deals, onboard clients, maintain pipelines and forecasts, ensure regulatory and data-compliance, collaborate with Dealing, Compliance and Risk, and provide market insights to support revenue growth.

Manage daily operations of the Toronto office, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, health & safety compliance, travel booking, sales reporting, finance and HR support, onboarding/offboarding, and organizing local events. Act as primary internal and external contact while maintaining confidentiality and supporting audits and cross-team tasks.
