Own and scale MONEI's affiliate program: recruit and onboard affiliates, manage commissions and payouts, run experiments, track attribution/LTV/CAC, detect fraud, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance.

Lead financial strategy for a fast-scaling regulated fintech: own long-range planning, FP&A, pricing and unit-economics, board reporting, cash runway and scenario modeling. Build dashboards and financial models for international expansion, partner with Compliance/Legal on capital adequacy and safeguarding, and mentor the finance team.

Design and build payment UI components, pages, and merchant/admin dashboards. Translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces, optimize payment flows, leverage AI tools to accelerate frontend work, collaborate with backend engineers, and help evolve the product and tech stack.
