Translate security requirements into executable policies, support multi-region platform functionality, and collaborate on security design while staying current with infrastructure automation and cloud security practices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Go backend services, microservices, APIs, and CLI applications. Build distributed systems with fault tolerance, load balancing, monitoring, logging, and robust error handling. Optimize performance and reliability, troubleshoot production issues, support safe feature rollouts, and collaborate on feature design and frontend integration. Create Grafana dashboards and alerts, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives, prototype interactions with engineers, and ensure a high-quality design process in a remote-first environment.
