Lead process excellence across Australia by reviewing, designing and optimising end-to-end freight forwarding processes, driving standardisation, governance, CargoWise rollout support, UAT participation, performance analysis, and cross‑functional change adoption to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Hands-on accounting role owning the general ledger, driving monthly and annual close, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank, AR, AP and fixed assets, filing VAT and withholding tax returns, processing social security payments, and coordinating audit requests.

Lead process design, governance and continuous improvement for end-to-end freight forwarding across Australia/Asia. Drive standardisation, document current/future-state processes, facilitate workshops, validate workflows, support CargoWise rollout, participate in UAT and deployments, monitor KPIs, and champion operational excellence to improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
