Coordinates freight deliveries, transport schedules, drivers, subcontractors, containers, shipment documentation, and proof of delivery. Serves as the liaison between customers, site managers, carriers, and transport staff while communicating delivery updates and managing access requirements. Maintains the transport management system, supports customs and safety compliance, promotes driver welfare, and identifies opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.

Manage airfreight carrier and co-loader relationships, negotiate rates and capacity, oversee import and export operations, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and lead Air Operators and Coordinators. Partner with Sales and Key Account Management to improve pricing and win rates while maintaining compliance with IATA, Dangerous Goods, and Border Force requirements.

Lead group-wide forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial analysis across a complex, multi-region logistics organization. Partner with CFOs and regional finance teams to improve forecast accuracy, investigate variances, assess cost-to-serve and business performance, evaluate capital expenditure cases, and provide decision support. The role requires strong financial modeling, stakeholder influence, business partnering, and project-management skills.
