Manage international freight shipments from booking through delivery across FCL, LCL, and airfreight. Coordinate customs and AQIS compliance, maintain accurate CargoWise records, monitor delivery deadlines, manage transport providers, and protect margins through timely container dehire. Provide transport advice, pricing input, customer updates, and continuous improvement support while contributing to transport strategies and resolving operational issues.

Manage airfreight carrier and co-loader relationships, negotiate rates and capacity, oversee import and export operations, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and lead Air Operators and Coordinators. Partner with Sales and Key Account Management to improve pricing and win rates while maintaining compliance with IATA, Dangerous Goods, and Border Force requirements.

Lead group-wide forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial analysis across a complex, multi-region logistics organization. Partner with CFOs and regional finance teams to improve forecast accuracy, investigate variances, assess cost-to-serve and business performance, evaluate capital expenditure cases, and provide decision support. The role requires strong financial modeling, stakeholder influence, business partnering, and project-management skills.
