Design, build, and operate AWS cloud infrastructure and multi-account network topologies. Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC (OpenTofu/Terraform, AWS CDK), container platforms (Docker, ECS/Kubernetes), observability (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana), security and secrets management, disaster recovery (RTO/RPO), and incident response. Mentor engineers, define deployment standards, participate in on-call rotation, and drive operational excellence across distributed teams.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks (UI, API, backend) using Playwright (Node.js); own end-to-end testing for releases; optimize CI/CD pipelines; use BrowserStack/Applitools/Testim; manage test cases in TestRail/Zephyr/Xray; collaborate with teams on acceptance criteria; perform root-cause analysis and expand coverage across functional, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing.

Lead rollout, adoption, and optimization of AI tools and the Knowledge Hub. Track adoption metrics, support LLM integrations, run training and enablement, maintain knowledge content, and produce dashboards and reports to measure AI impact.
