The role also requires strong collaboration across software development, testing, business analysis, and technology stakeholders in traditional and agile environments.

Develop and optimize backend-focused full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, AWS, and SQL. Build secure REST APIs, event-driven services, and serverless solutions while contributing to Vue.js frontends. Responsibilities include testing, performance optimization, observability, CI/CD, security, production troubleshooting, incident response, AI-assisted development, code reviews, mentoring, and end-to-end feature ownership.

Leads the Group PMO, strategic initiative portfolio, operating rhythm, operational excellence, AI adoption, productivity measurement, cost optimization, governance, and executive reporting. Oversees cross-functional delivery, business cases, benefits realization, process redesign, automation, responsible AI governance, vendor performance, risk management, and organizational planning. Builds and develops high-performing operations and PMO teams while advising executive leadership on investments, priorities, and corrective actions.
