Manage the full recruitment cycle, from proactive candidate sourcing through onboarding. The role focuses on identifying top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and supporting organizational growth through effective hiring.

Analyzes HRIS needs, configures workflows and modules, supports deployments and UAT, resolves functional issues, improves user experience, and maintains HR data quality. The role also develops documentation, delivers training, tracks process and support KPIs, and collaborates with HR, IT, managers, and external providers in a multi-site environment.

Analyzes HRIS requirements, configures workflows, forms, rules, notifications, permissions, and reference data, and optimizes HR processes and employee experience. Supports HR data quality, UAT, releases, post-deployment stabilization, and level 1/2 functional support. Documents procedures, creates user guides and FAQs, delivers short trainings, and collaborates with HR, IT, managers, and vendors on continuous improvement and change adoption.
