Manages a team of five software engineers while overseeing staffing, execution, technical quality, engineering processes, risk tracking, and delivery. The role includes mentoring and career development, recruiting, code reviews, CI/CD and tooling improvements, agile planning, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional coordination with hardware, firmware, product, and program teams. The manager ensures software delivery remains aligned with product schedules and maintains clear documentation, quality standards, and predictable execution.

Develop and lead robotics software for motion and trajectory planning, kinematics, robot control, world modeling, and hardware integration. Build collision-free planning systems, real-time driver layers, validation suites, and learning-based robotics capabilities. Set technical direction, mentor engineers, collaborate with hardware and process teams, and ensure reliable, safe operation on physical robots.

Leads the architecture, roadmap, and hands-on development of fleet management, robotics data management, orchestration, control, and MES software. Serves as the team’s senior technical authority, making system design decisions, resolving complex engineering challenges, mentoring engineers, driving coding and architecture standards, managing technical risk, and collaborating across robotics, firmware, hardware, and software teams.
