Leads robotic process development engineering, including recruiting and managing multidisciplinary teams; translating optical and mechanical designs into scalable manufacturing processes; developing automated precision photonic assembly systems; and overseeing process architecture, equipment, alignment, verification, validation, and qualification. Partners cross-functionally on design-for-manufacturability, production transition, process optimization, and complex engineering programs while balancing schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

Build core electro-optics and laser hardware capabilities in a startup environment. Design, simulate, fabricate, control, and test high-precision, high-power laser systems and beam modulation technologies. Work across electronics, controls, firmware, optics, measurement, and systems engineering to validate performance through experimentation and solve complex technical problems.

Design, build, simulate, fabricate, and test high-precision, high-power laser and electro-optical hardware systems. The role spans electronic hardware, controls, systems, firmware, programming, optics, test and measurement, and system validation. The engineer will solve complex technical problems hands-on in a startup environment, develop core hardware capabilities, and apply analytical and experimental methods to validate performance. High-power laser safety expertise is preferred.
