Serve as the practice's front-facing representative and operational lead: greet and check in patients, manage scheduling and provider/room flow, maintain EMR records, handle billing/superbills, manage office supplies and vendors, support hiring and training, and improve office systems to ensure a seamless, concierge-level patient experience.

Sell and drive patient enrollment for physicians transitioning to membership-based (concierge) care. Work onsite with practices to engage patients, manage outreach, identify operational issues, and support transition execution while improving conversion and workflows.
