Provide medication administration and compassionate personal care to senior residents, assist with ADLs, observe and report changes to supervisors, follow HIPAA and state medication regulations, encourage resident participation, and complete required training and competency testing. Position is per diem and requires weekends/holidays, lifting up to 50 lbs, and at least six months' experience with seniors.

Provide direct nursing care as an LPN with emphasis on holistic resident wellness. Monitor resident health and safety, conduct assessments, supervise CNAs, assist with medication training, maintain clinical quality assurance per regulations, and promote high service standards.

Provide hands-on resident care per care plans (personal care, feeding, grooming, activities), maintain safety and dignity, document in the EHR, perform administrative tasks (staff scheduling, interview/orientation coordination, phone/appointment scheduling), and ensure regulatory and community policy compliance.
