Provides direct nursing care and holistic wellness support to senior living residents. Monitors resident health and safety, conducts assessments, supports medication administration, supervises care staff, maintains clinical quality and regulatory compliance, and assists residents with dementia-related needs. The role requires a current LPN license, nursing experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Assists the Wellness Director with designing and managing employee wellness programs, health education, fitness activities, screenings, workshops, and wellness challenges. Oversees wellness facilities and staff, budgets, reporting, compliance, and program effectiveness. Provides individual health coaching and collaborates with department leaders to promote employee well-being. Requires Pennsylvania LPN certification, wellness program management experience, knowledge of HIPAA and health promotion strategies, leadership skills, and flexible availability for occasional events.

Provides resident care and medication administration or self-administration assistance under RN/LPN supervision. Maintains accurate medical records, follows care plans and physician orders, completes medication training, observes resident changes, and reports concerns. Protects resident comfort, privacy, and dignity while complying with HIPAA, regulatory, legal, and ethical standards. Requires active New Jersey CNA and/or HHA licensure, medication technician training, at least six months of senior-care experience, and weekend and holiday availability.
