Partners with executives and cross-functional teams, manages marketing priorities and deadlines, and communicates campaign insights to leadership. The role requires casino database marketing expertise, leadership experience, technical proficiency, and a flexible schedule.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for casino, hospitality, and administrative roles, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, offers, and applicant tracking. Builds relationships with hiring managers, develops recruiting materials, supports job fairs and onboarding, and provides English-Spanish translation. Maintains confidential candidate information and assists with orientation and other HR activities.

Counts, verifies, records, and transports casino cash, tickets, and gaming funds. Responsibilities include table game, bill validator, and kiosk drops; operating counting machines; completing regulatory paperwork; maintaining key control; following gaming, anti-money-laundering, and company procedures; and supporting a clean, safe work environment. The role requires accuracy, physical stamina, teamwork, and compliance with Colorado gaming regulations.

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive revenue across the resort by prospecting and building relationships with local businesses and high-end clients for meetings, events, catering, spa and room business. Partner with internal departments, host site visits and community events, track accounts and contracts, produce sales reports, and promote the resort to maximize occupancy and off-peak revenue.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance and KPI analysis, executive reporting, scenario and ROI analysis, and ad hoc analytics. Implement FP&A best practices and analytics technology, collaborate with department leaders to analyze business drivers, and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Manage design, administration, and compliance of employee benefits programs including health plans, 401(k), COBRA, FMLA/LOA and wellness initiatives. Serve as carrier/vendor liaison, coordinate open enrollment and wellness events, produce eligibility and billing reports, lead benefits platform administration, and advise management on return-to-work strategies.
