Writes and processes sports book tickets while providing friendly, accurate guest service. Responsibilities include balancing a cash drawer, maintaining a presentable sports book, completing assessments and audits accurately, following company policies, communicating clearly in English, supporting the team, and safeguarding confidential information. The role requires attention to detail, basic to intermediate computer and 10-key skills, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Count Team members collect, sort, and count large sums of cash and tickets from gaming machines and tables, operate cash-counting equipment, prepare and verify paperwork, transport funds securely, follow regulatory and company policies, and support casino drop/count operations while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive revenue across the resort by prospecting and building relationships with local businesses and high-end clients for meetings, events, catering, spa and room business. Partner with internal departments, host site visits and community events, track accounts and contracts, produce sales reports, and promote the resort to maximize occupancy and off-peak revenue.

Manage daily table games operations and staff within assigned pits to ensure profitable, compliant service. Oversee staffing, coach team members, maintain floor presence, report gaming activity, resolve issues, and enforce policies and procedures.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance and KPI analysis, executive reporting, scenario and ROI analysis, and ad hoc analytics. Implement FP&A best practices and analytics technology, collaborate with department leaders to analyze business drivers, and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Manage design, administration, and compliance of employee benefits programs including health plans, 401(k), COBRA, FMLA/LOA and wellness initiatives. Serve as carrier/vendor liaison, coordinate open enrollment and wellness events, produce eligibility and billing reports, lead benefits platform administration, and advise management on return-to-work strategies.

Supervise daily table games operations, train and counsel dealers, ensure accurate dealing and regulatory compliance, manage fills/credits/markers, process payroll, maintain records and department assets, and promote outstanding guest service.
