Lead engineering, product, and design operations by owning SDLC and sprint cadences, building dashboards and automations, coordinating launches, managing intake/triage workflows, improving onboarding, and driving cross-functional visibility and accountability.

Lead the technical direction of the Data Ingestion Team, managing data pipeline architecture and driving end-to-end data ingestion initiatives.

Build and scale Monaco's recruiting and talent functions: own employer brand, end-to-end talent strategy, full-cycle senior hiring, org design partnership with leadership, create scalable hiring processes, hire and develop a small talent team, and define talent metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
