Build, deploy, and operate production Spark pipelines on Databricks powering analytics products. Partner with product teams on pipeline requirements, data quality, freshness, monitoring, and observability. Diagnose performance and cost issues, establish scalable pipeline standards, and support streaming, logical replication, RAG pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and platform administration as needed.

Serve as the technical lead for upmarket sales deals by analyzing customer revenue systems, designing future-state CRM workflows, building demos, scoping migrations, and presenting solutions to sales and RevOps leaders. The role partners with product and implementation teams, defines integration and migration requirements, evaluates scope feasibility, and helps account executives close complex deals.

Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market roles; screen applicants; coordinate interviews end to end; maintain accurate ATS records; track recruiting pipeline metrics; and document scalable sourcing and scheduling workflows. The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, attention to detail, clear communication, candidate experience, and working onsite five days per week in San Francisco.
