The role involves owning and building an internal developer platform for Monaco, enhancing developer experience and orchestration of environments, with a focus on AI-assisted automation.

Own customer support, strategic client operations, and product operations for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS platform. Resolve customer issues, coordinate bug triage, create documentation and repeatable processes, execute customer-facing operational work, support onboarding through expansion, and coordinate feature launches and migrations. The role connects customers, go-to-market teams, product, and engineering while building foundational operational systems in an ambiguous early-stage environment.

Lead the technical direction of the Data Ingestion Team, managing data pipeline architecture and driving end-to-end data ingestion initiatives.
