Lead and build Momos' growth marketing function to drive full-funnel acquisition and pipeline growth across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, and ABM. Establish measurement, experimentation, and attribution frameworks, partner with Sales/Product/RevOps, coach the growth team, manage vendors, and show clear ROI linking growth spend to revenue.

Manage and configure the Salesforce platform: user/security administration, custom objects/fields/flows, reports and dashboards, data integrity and deduplication, first-line user support, system upgrades, documentation, training, and translating stakeholder requirements into Salesforce solutions while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

Support cross-functional business operations projects end-to-end, analyze data to surface insights, prepare leadership reports, coordinate stakeholders, identify process improvements, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.
