Supports the reliability, availability, administration, and operation of cloud-based infrastructure and data-intensive platforms. Provides Tier 1–3 support, troubleshoots Linux, networking, application, and infrastructure issues, and manages Kubernetes, Hadoop, HDFS, Accumulo, Docker, and observability environments. Develops automation scripts, participates in incident response and root cause analysis, documents operational procedures, and supports hybrid infrastructure. The role includes on-call responsibilities and collaboration with engineering and mission stakeholders.

Supports mission-critical network and cloud infrastructure in secure, classified environments. Responsibilities include monitoring availability and performance, analyzing traffic, logs, telemetry, and metrics, troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating remediation, supporting secure data flows, improving resiliency and automation, maintaining operational documentation, and providing concise reporting to mission stakeholders. The role collaborates across systems engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams while sustaining real-time intelligence mission environments.

Develops and sustains mission-focused systems by translating user needs into requirements, architectures, technical specifications, and verification plans. Leads systems engineering across the lifecycle, performs trade studies, defines interfaces, manages configurations, and implements Service-Oriented Architecture solutions. Also provides IT systems support, administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance across UNIX, Linux, Windows, server, storage, and network environments within Agile and DevOps teams.
