The Senior Recruiter will lead recruitment processes for high-profile positions, partnering with various functions to enhance talent acquisition strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex enterprise client agreements; develop contract playbooks and CLM processes (preferably Ironclad); advise stakeholders on deal strategy and risk; analyze negotiation trends and partner cross-functionally across US and international teams.
