Leads enterprise systems architecture, cross-system integration standards, impact analysis, and lifecycle governance across ERP, CRM, HRIS, legal, finance, and data platforms. Owns the legal technology stack, including architecture, configuration, security, and roadmap. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, guides design reviews, develops analysts, manages vendors and releases, and drives root-cause resolution, data governance, privacy, and platform optimization across a multi-company ecosystem.

The GRC Analyst will manage governance, risk, and compliance tasks, oversee SOC 2 Type II audits, handle vendor risk assessments, and maintain security policies for a portfolio of companies.

Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex enterprise client agreements; develop contract playbooks and CLM processes (preferably Ironclad); advise stakeholders on deal strategy and risk; analyze negotiation trends and partner cross-functionally across US and international teams.
