The Head of Workplace Experience & Operations will manage workplace strategy and operations, enhance employee experience, and oversee office environments across North America for Momentum's global organization.

Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex enterprise client agreements; develop contract playbooks and CLM processes (preferably Ironclad); advise stakeholders on deal strategy and risk; analyze negotiation trends and partner cross-functionally across US and international teams.

The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis, support strategic investments, manage budgeting processes, and mentor a team, driving insights and decision-making for PMG.
