Drive North American sales strategy for coatings, adhesives, and sealants by managing strategic customer and distributor relationships, developing technical solutions, executing growth plans, coordinating field testing, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining CRM metrics. The role partners with marketing, technology, product, and segment leaders; resolves business obstacles; ensures regulatory compliance; manages sales expenses; and requires extensive travel across North America.

Supports global ICFR, K-SOX, and SOX control design, risk assessment, testing, documentation, and remediation. The role evaluates control effectiveness, identifies deficiencies, updates process narratives and key controls, coordinates with control owners and management, and assists external audits. It requires strong accounting and financial analysis skills, internal controls expertise, systems proficiency, and experience working with global teams.

Supports the global Coatings marketing team through market research, market and competitor analysis, portfolio evaluation, marketing communications, and coordination of new product development initiatives. The intern synthesizes reports and data into insights that inform resource allocation and portfolio decisions. The role requires clear presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with full-time availability for 10–12 weeks during May–August.
