Supports the Global and EMEA Tolling Leader in managing external suppliers producing Momentive products for the European market. Responsibilities include analyzing supplier performance and KPIs, communicating about quality and service issues, verifying EHS and quality compliance, checking prices, invoices, volumes and costs, coordinating between internal functions and suppliers, and tracking supplier-related changes.

Processes vendor invoices accurately and on time, including document scanning, batch creation, invoice workflow management, parked documents, approvals, and posting. Coordinates with the Vendor Master Data team and ensures compliance with purchase order, contract, and delegation-of-authority requirements. The role also requires collaboration across global teams, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset.

Analyzes and advises on APAC compensation and benefits programs, including market competitiveness, governance materials, local benefit administration, talent attraction, program implementation, annual market surveys, and payroll backup support. Partners with HR, talent acquisition, management, consultants, brokers, and payroll teams to ensure effective, compliant total rewards delivery.
