Implements and improves aerospace and automotive quality systems in a silicone manufacturing environment. Leads QMS compliance, customer and certification audits, FMEA, control plans, change management, supplier quality, complaints, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and SPC/SQC monitoring. Maintains quality documentation, ensures traceability, supports customer engagement, and develops site capability through training and continuous improvement.

Processes vendor invoices accurately and on time, including document scanning, batch creation, invoice workflow management, parked documents, approvals, and posting. Coordinates with the Vendor Master Data team and ensures compliance with purchase order, contract, and delegation-of-authority requirements. The role also requires collaboration across global teams, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset.

Manages inbound customer inquiries, sample requests, and lead conversion for assigned business units. Handles customer documentation, routes technical questions, processes sample orders through Salesforce and SAP, and coordinates delivery follow-up. Builds customer relationships, supports field sales, communicates status updates, and resolves issues across internal teams. The role is fully onsite five days per week.
