Teams at Momentic AI

Develop and improve AI models and agents powering an AI-native software testing platform. Responsibilities include supervised fine-tuning, creating training and evaluation datasets, building LLM evaluations and observability, tuning prompts and context, running experiments, and improving agent reliability, latency, token usage, and cost. The role also owns technical projects from definition through delivery and collaborates closely with engineering leadership.

Lead technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, onboarding, and implementations for Momentic’s AI-native testing platform. Partner with account executives and customer engineering teams to define requirements, integrate CI/CD pipelines, resolve technical blockers, explain product tradeoffs, and drive adoption. Provide customer feedback to product and engineering while improving demos, onboarding processes, troubleshooting, and technical tools.

Lead Momentic’s growth strategy from the ground up, partnering with the CEO to align go-to-market priorities and generate predictable pipeline and ARR. Own events, SEO, GEO, social media, case studies, brand campaigns, paid channels, partnerships, PR, and communications. Build and scale marketing channels, develop campaigns for technical audiences, collaborate with agencies, and prioritize experiments that drive growth.
