Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to define success metrics, design experiments, evaluate product launches, analyze large-scale ad-tech data, and guide roadmap decisions. The role requires translating complex data science findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders while applying rigorous statistical, modeling, and experimentation practices.

Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs supporting Moloco’s CTV business from strategy and problem definition through launch and post-launch learning. Translate customer and business needs into roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams, manage risks and trade-offs, improve communication rhythms, and align global teams across Seoul and other offices.

Leads Moloco’s global IT strategy, operations, service delivery, infrastructure, employee technology experience, AI adoption, security controls, and compliance support. Oversees enterprise SaaS, identity and access management, endpoint and network infrastructure, help desk, office IT, and AV services across multiple regions. Builds and mentors distributed IT teams, manages budgets and vendors, drives automation and change management, and advises executives on technology transformation, responsible AI adoption, organizational readiness, and risk.
