Staff Software Engineer leading technical direction and end-to-end delivery for scalable connected TV advertising systems. Responsibilities include designing backend services, APIs, data systems, and workflows; improving reliability, performance, observability, and scalability; translating ambiguous customer and business needs into technical solutions; collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Data, ML, UX, and Engineering; mentoring engineers; and influencing architecture and engineering strategy across the organization.

Conduct manual and exploratory testing, build AI-assisted test automation frameworks, generate and maintain automated tests, analyze defects, and integrate AI-driven QA tools into CI/CD pipelines. The role collaborates with software engineers to improve testability, release quality, regression coverage, and development efficiency while maintaining test documentation and defect records.
