Architect agentic systems, RAG applications, tool-using assistants, evaluation and monitoring platforms, shared APIs, guardrails, and infrastructure. Identify high-leverage opportunities, establish technical standards, influence cross-functional direction, mentor engineers, and operate effectively in a greenfield environment.

Design, develop, and optimize large-scale distributed data systems for real-time and batch processing. Support feature engineering and feature store evolution, build identity graph capabilities, improve observability and performance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, ML, and Data Science teams.

Leads global product activation by defining positioning, value propositions, go-to-market plans, and launch strategies. Collects and prioritizes regional customer feedback, supports product commercialization, drives adoption, and develops sales enablement and training materials. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers, and regional teams to align product development with market needs, establish success metrics, communicate product progress, and influence product direction in a global AdTech environment.
