Lead a 20+ person engineering team, owning technical roadmaps, strategic decisions, cross-domain initiatives, and product delivery. The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with mentoring, hiring, team development, architectural guidance, and continuous improvement. The manager will guide scalable and resilient systems, collaborate with cross-functional partners, shape domain vision, and drive high-impact customer and business outcomes.

Lead internal communications across European hubs, connecting executive leadership, People teams, and employees. Develop communication plans, editorial calendars, Slack governance, All Hands meetings, executive messaging, change-management narratives, and engagement dashboards. Support post-merger integration and culture unification while using AI to scale communications. Partner with executives on sensitive organizational updates and translate complex fintech strategies into clear, engaging content.

Own complex accounting areas including revenue, cost of sales, provisions, and taxes. Lead monthly and annual close processes, regulatory reporting including DNB submissions, finance projects, audit support, and financial solutions with cross-functional teams. Apply AI and automation to improve productivity, present financial information to senior leadership, and coach junior accountants. Ensure accurate, compliant reporting during Mollie’s fintech and banking expansion.
