Design and build scalable financial systems handling high transaction volumes. Develop, test, measure, and improve customer-facing products while leading technical initiatives from architecture through implementation. Mentor junior engineers, promote engineering excellence, maintain documentation, solve complex technical and business problems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders using a product-first approach.

Own post-sales integration for Mollie’s largest and most complex deals, guiding merchants from handover through testing to go-live. Lead kickoffs, establish launch dates, coordinate testing and issue resolution, and align sales, product, engineering, and merchant stakeholders. Maintain delivery documentation and playbooks while helping shape processes for a newly formed function and support expansion into the Italian market.

Provide direct technical support for API integrations and plugins through email and phone. Advise customers and partners on implementation, troubleshoot complex integration issues using REST APIs and Postman, escalate technical matters internally, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer teams. The role also involves creating technical training and documentation, sharing product feedback, and prioritizing urgent customer issues.
