Own post-sales implementation for complex merchant deals from contract signature through testing, go-live, and handover. Coordinate merchants, agencies, sales, product, engineering, compliance, and onboarding teams; manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, testing, and stakeholder communications. Investigate integration issues using technical documentation and API knowledge, maintain delivery playbooks, and help establish scalable implementation processes for Poland and Central Eastern Europe.

Own post-sales implementation for Mollie’s largest and most complex deals, guiding merchants from handover through testing and go-live. Coordinate kickoffs, stakeholders, testing, issue resolution, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and merchants. Maintain documentation and scalable delivery playbooks while protecting revenue and improving the newly formed integration function.
