Lead development of robotics software for microfactories: write testable code, build CAD-to-motion and grasp-planning workflows, advance simulation and motion planning, integrate and validate software on physical industrial robots, productionize systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.

Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and IaC for on-premise robotics and embedded systems. Maintain monitoring, networking, security, and developer tooling; integrate HIL/SIL tests, respond to incidents, and improve automation and observability across factory-floor deployments.
