Configure Molecule ETRM environments, load and validate reference/historical/market data, execute reconciliations and testing to move clients to live, support live clients resolving configuration, data, valuation, and settlement issues, and perform BigBang data migrations and validation.

Lead a Poland-based implementation engineering team delivering ETRM configurations, data loading, testing, reconciliation, and support. Combine hands-on delivery with people management, resource allocation, process definition, continuous improvement, and reporting to customer success leadership to ensure timely, repeatable implementations.

Design, build, test, document and maintain integrations between Molecule and client systems (market data providers, exchanges, ERP/CRM, SCADA, data lakes). Develop API-based price extraction, outbound feeds, SSO/MFA, and custom SQL reports (Mode). Own end-to-end integration delivery and liaise with client technical teams for go-live.
