Design cohesive experiences for Moises’s web, desktop, TV, mobile, and plugin products. Translate complex audio AI into intuitive workflows for musicians, conduct user research, evolve the design system, prototype rapidly, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Data, and marketing teams. The role requires deep music-production experience, fluency with DAWs and plugins, strong interaction design, written communication, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous zero-to-one environments.

Own influencer and creator marketing across LATAM, including regional strategy, creator partnerships, campaign execution, budget management, KPI tracking, compliance, and post-campaign analysis. Lead a direct team, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Growth, Data, Product, and Social teams, and drive digital acquisition for a subscription-based music technology product. The role is based in São Paulo and requires Portuguese fluency, English proficiency, and periodic travel.

Provide independent front-line support to Moises users, resolve tickets, create and maintain reusable knowledge-base articles, report bugs and recurring feedback to product and engineering, and automate repetitive support cases. The role requires musical experience, clear writing, English proficiency, and comfort using AI tools. It is a hybrid position within the Customer Success team in João Pessoa, Brazil.
