The role requires deep music-production experience, fluency with DAWs and plugins, strong interaction design, written communication, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous zero-to-one environments.

Own influencer and creator marketing across LATAM, including regional strategy, creator partnerships, campaign execution, budget management, KPI tracking, compliance, and post-campaign analysis. Lead a direct team, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Growth, Data, Product, and Social teams, and drive digital acquisition for a subscription-based music technology product. The role is based in São Paulo and requires Portuguese fluency, English proficiency, and periodic travel.
