Maintains a racetrack and surrounding property through repairs, painting, cleaning, grounds upkeep, snow removal, HVAC filter replacement, inventory reporting, and safety observations. Operates water or spreader trucks during live racing and maintains vehicles during the off-season. Requires a CDL, high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience and training. Teamsters Union membership is required after 90 days.

Bridges Marketing and Creative Services by developing and validating creative briefs, aligning campaigns with strategy and brand standards, and managing intake through delivery. Coordinates stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Product, Events, VIP, and agencies; reviews creative against approved objectives; identifies gaps; supports governance, quality assurance, workflows, and omnichannel campaign consistency.
