Supports strategic sourcing and perioperative supply chain operations across hospital surgical services. Responsibilities include procurement, contract and product conversion coordination, inventory monitoring, supplier management, cost containment, utilization analysis, equipment evaluation, reporting, and compliance with public-sector procurement legislation. The role collaborates with operating room staff, physicians, stores, data teams, vendors, and medical device reprocessing departments, with onsite work at two health facilities and travel within the region as required.

Coordinates procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives for redevelopment projects, including RFx development, tender administration, bid evaluation, contract creation, contract lifecycle management, supplier relations, member support, issue resolution, compliance monitoring, and cost-savings reporting. The role maintains auditable procurement documentation, manages electronic tendering processes, supports contract extensions and limited tenders, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, clinical experts, and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.

Designs and implements scalable Azure application architectures, integrations, and cloud-based solutions. Translates business requirements into technical designs, supports development teams, leads implementation of IT initiatives, and establishes architecture, security, DevOps, and governance standards. The role also guides cloud migrations, optimizes Azure performance and costs, maintains solution documentation, troubleshoots systems, and provides technical leadership across stakeholders, developers, and operations teams.
