Supports international trade compliance by managing post-entry filings, client vetting, powers of attorney, continuous bonds, product classifications, regulatory documentation, and Customs or government agency inquiries. The role resolves routine compliance and workflow issues, maintains audit-ready records, assists with client onboarding, supports audits, and contributes to process improvement initiatives. It requires knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures, freight forwarding compliance systems, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Supports import branch operations by opening shipment files, auditing documentation, matching freight with carriers, tracking shipments, entering and analyzing data, conducting industry research, preparing client quotes, negotiating pricing, and communicating with carriers and agents. Collaborates with team members while developing logistics, supply chain, and freight-forwarding expertise.
