Lead M&A advisory transactions in the energy sector, oversee financial modeling, manage workflows, liaise with clients, and mentor junior team members.

The Vice President will oversee quantitative analyses, develop investment scenarios, monitor market trends, and collaborate with senior executives in investment banking operations.

The Associate will provide advisory, structuring, and execution services in the credit secondaries market, manage investor outreach, and perform due diligence.
